SABAH is dedicated to providing service to our skaters and the community at minimal cost. Now more than ever, charitable dollars need to be used in the most effective manner possible.

SABAH is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit educational corporation committed to using charitable dollars to benefit skaters with special needs, while limiting administrative and funding expenses.  

SABAH is privately funded through individuals, corporations, private foundations and fundraising events.

How can I help?

• Ask your employer about corporate matching gifts. If they do participate, let us know! Contact your personnel office to find out more.
• Team up with the United Way for your Donor Choice Program. You can designate some or all of your gift to SABAH through the United Way. Contact the United Way or your workplace United Way representative to see how you can make a difference...help people in our community live better lives. SABAH's designated United Way account number is 658161.
• Please support SABAH's programming efforts and donate today using our online form, or call 362-9600 about other donation options, including memorials, gifts-in-kind & planned giving alternatives.
• Support SABAH through the using web! Visit searchandgive.com and justgive.org  for details on how surfing the net can benefit SABAH athletes. 

Sponsorship

SABAH enjoys relationships with many generous sponsors.  We offer a variety of sponsorship options to fit your personal or corporate needs and welcome the opportunity to tailor a sponsorship to your interests and objectives. 

One of our most popular initiatives is our Adopt-an-Athlete Sponsorship at the $750 level. With this option, a single athlete is funded for an entire skating season.  This sponsorship covers the $750 per-skater expense to SABAH of equipment (helmets, skates, adaptive walkers, harnesses), ice rental, insurance, and participation in the Annual Ice Show held at HSBC Arena. 

Corporate sponsorships are also available and can be customized to fit the philanthropic and community interest goals of your company.  In addition to Annual Ice Show Sponsorships, year-round arrangements have recently been added to our menu of sponsor options.

Promotional/media sponsorships are currently being developed that may enhance a company or organization’s marketing and community relations efforts.  SABAH works to ensure success of these ventures for all parties.

Gifts-in-Kind, planned giving, and bequests are also options that may work well for some individuals or organizations.  SABAH welcomes the opportunity to tailor these to meet your needs.
