Group Visits SABAH is a great place to bring your your school or organization if you are interested in visiting for a field trip or community service event. Here you may spend the day and learn about SABAH, take a tour of the Riverside Rink, interact with our School-Day children and teachers as well as learn about developmental disabilities awareness. Also, if your group is looking for a way to help SABAH, we offer all-day community service events and have a number of opportunities throughout the year. Last season we had groups help with our annual appeal mailings, newsletter distribution and also with preparations for our annual ice show at the HSBC Arena. Mt. Mercy Academy On February 28th girls from Mt. Mercy
Academy visited SABAH to participate in our School-Day skating program. The
girls were given a tour of the Rink and information about working with students
with disabilities. The girls then helped athletes with skating equipment and
walkers, as well as skating skills and techniques on the ice.
